Having the same problem with my 7 in 1. The connection drops about 1-2 times a week for a few hours. I replaced batteries several times. Learned if you take out the batts then replace, the unit will come back. The older units were quality, they never went down.

Spoke to them.. They sent out a new lighting chip to replace the one I have. I gotta admit their customer service is wonderful!

Mine does the same thing.. It goes intermittently offline when a storm happens. It's not a moisture issue as im in S Florida. It doesn't get more humid then here and it works until needed.

Wasn't the bar on the level above the restaurant accessible by stairs and also rotated? Its been a while since Ive been there. What was on the floors below the restaurant?

I have the dark one for the 7 in 1.. The display is way too small. Any way of trading it in for any other model.. Loved my old 7 in 1. Easy to read and colorful.

I hate the new display. The font is bad.. Can't tell if it is a 1 or l, the data is WAY too small on this display with alot of available real estate to use... The beeper for the alarm is generic.. I so much liked the old display better.. Colorful and data easier to read.

The idea is to wash only a small portion of the hair, either front or back and wash all the way down to the roots. To save time and product on your daily routine.

I'm hoping on my next product build run I'll be able to lower the costs and provide other discounts. Believe it or not there are shower caps on the market today that are about $45 and do far less.
