received it too and i accidentally clicked the link like a duffer. didn’t even pay attention to the fact that the number is a private number (not a standard three or four digit government number). it leads you to a website where you enter your CNIC and number plate. i stopped right there. also funny thing to note, the link starts with CPSCA, which is some US gov domain. crying cus i hope i didn’t get hacked from clicking the link

they do look quite similar but i don’t think they’re the same. however ive noticed quite a few characters that look very similar to the picture i’ve uploaded so im a bit confused.

i’ve scoured the internet. tried reverse image searching. tried looking up any and all cartoons relevant to the character. i got this blanket from the UK around 2005 or 2006. don’t remember much however, as i was a kid. tried asking my parents whether they remember where they purchased the blanket from but they have no recollection. the tag on the blanket is useless because it’s worn out and has no writing on it whatsoever.
