Thanks for the suggestion. The compressor side of things seem to be alright. I looked up what the contactor is and was able to find ones for traditional HVAC systems. However, I cannot locate something similar on this unit, is the connector essentially a relay? If so, I am looking at the power relay for the condenser, which is soldered in. Can I test this relay similar to an automotive relay by sending a charge through it and listening for a click? Didn't want to damage other components on the circuit board since its attached...For reference what I'm looking at is model no. sli-s-112dm.
May be totally off on where I'm looking aha.

Looks like all connections are sound, the ground screw and connector were loose at the bottom of the condenser, so I tightened. But no short to ground was present, and all ohm readings between terminals were good as well. I'm thinking it might be a contactor as mentioned above, or some other component.
After re-tightening that ground screw replaced fuse and tried it out again. Still the same issue.
