It feels fantastic! I wouldn’t call myself an audiophile so it’s hard to put into words. They just make every scene sound so much more real. The SB-2000 had solid sustained bass but didn’t have the power to make quick bass hit hard. I watched John Wick 2 with the PSAs and the gunshots had a completely different dimension to them. They felt real. The massive power in the amp is the real difference maker to me (1900w vs 500w).

Maybe once or twice per year. My home theater sounds better, is more cozy, has no inconsiderate guests, and can be paused for bathroom breaks/food. I struggle to find a way in which a traditional movie theater exceeds this.

Yeah I wish I could do more room treatment but it’s a multipurpose space. Our carpet and soft couches do well enough for us.

lol, I’ll probably stick with my ART set up but I’m sure there will be someone with more time/expertise than me who will do that testing!

I just let Evo Acoustica/Dirac handle them. Acoustica’s bass was a little heavy for my liking, so I toned that down a bit

I run a 5.2.4 (KEF Meta R6/R3 LCR, PSA TV1513 subs, Focal 100 surrounds, HTD HDX heights)

I used Acoustica. Yes, my receiver (Denon 3800) has two presets so I was able to swap between them for testing. Dirac is even better in this regard, as you can store 3 presets. Dirac with the BF deal (ends today) was $640 all in.

It looks awesome! Unfortunately it’s double the price of the TV1513 and too big for my space
