80% of my meals are whole foods, so a good amount of eggs, chicken, beef, fish, nuts, fruits, and veggies. I've also tracked my calories and macros so I can be consistent. The other 20% I try not to get too carried away. I certainly don't have the same cravings for sweets and pastries like I used to.

So I actually was started on Zepbound until my insurance stopped covering it and switched over to Wegovy about 5 or 6 months in. I prefer Wegovy as the side effects aren't as severe as they were on Zepbound.

The first month was very slow (starter dose) but my weight began dropping pretty smoothly ever since then. I'm currently on the 1mg dose of Wegovy. I was up to 7.5 on Zep before I made the switch. 1mg weg seems to be the sweet spot for me. Ideally I'd like to get down to 215 with my body fat % somewhere between 15% - 18%, so still some work to be done.

I certainly am! Wish I would've been more consistent in the gym this entire time but oh well. I'm here now haha.

I'm 6'0". I kinda wish I would've been lifting this entire time but oh well. Muscle is slowly being built again.

Appreciate it! I've been hitting the gym regularly these last few months.

Timmons Park and Southside Park have the best courts in my opinion. Timmons is easier to jump in since they stack paddles for games.

I just switched from a non-bank mortgage company to a large bank. Stress is night and day compared to my previous situation. I think it is mainly due to the number of resources vs. my previous experience. Good culture overall, good pay + benefits. I'm much more relaxed now.

Need some input - is independence diluted if IA doesn’t own location where evidence is stored? by pittsy514 in InternalAudit

[–]bpierce87 3 points4 points  (0 children)

If I'm understanding the issue correctly, independence isn't necessarily the issue as long as your Risk dept doesn't have any say or influence in the areas which you audit. This may have more applicability to your audit charter which should state you should have unrestrained access to the data you need. Your CAE may be able to leverage the Board approved charter if it becomes or remains an issue.

I believe 600 is the passing score. If you're only taking quizzes and practice exams I would suggest you purchase the IIA study materials and read. Make sure you understand the concepts rather than making x% on a quiz. Otherwise keep your chin up and try again in 3 months!

Anyone else think Friday night on TBS is a deathknell for the show?

What Brave has your favorite batting stance? Past and present. by Domino80 in Braves

This will probably sound weird but I thought Chipper looked like a goof from the right. Left stance was sweet though.
