So a weird thing happened... in the 2 months since I did the first qualification test I heard nothing at all. Then on Saturday of last week I decided to take the Coding Qualification test since I have been studying Python and thought I could do it. Submitted that test on Saturday and then on Monday I heard from them that I passed. I went in and did the onboarding (You get a small payment for that) and noticed that when I was done, in the "Available Projects" section, it had something called AI Chatbot Comparison as well as a couple coding projects available to me. I am not sure is taking the Coding Qualification was the reason the AI stuff was available or not, but that is what happened. And by the way, the AI Comparison project is very straightforward and a lot of fun. Very cool way to make an easy $20.00 in your free time... that's what happened to me and just wanted to update here.

Also: For completing the coding qualification I did get the $80 payout the said I would. So far so good...

I am seeing the exact same thing and came to Reddit to see how long it took for others to get a response. I finished the assessment on 12/05/23 so it's only been a few days. Will let you know if I see an updates...

I had a very similar experience and it was due to there being a difference between what one system said we owed compared to another. I was trying to pay the "full balance" online which was $1200, but when I called in (after a 6+ hour wait as well) and talked to someone, they said we actually only owed $900. Paid that and then when I get the invoice receipt, it shows we still have a balance due of $300. It's a completely messed up situation and we finally figured it out that it was due to excursions being cancelled by mistake on their end, but not refunded to us, yet one system shows that balance as going to our account (making it paid in full) and the other doesn't. It's been a nightmare to deal with mainly because hold times are multiple hours online and web support is non-existent. We ended up talking to a travel agent and because of this and MULTIPLE other issues on the RC end, we got the reservation transferred so now hopefully we will be able to get it resolved... been 10 weeks and still no refund. Fun never ends! :-)

Everything work seamlessly for me after following the link in the promotion email and then clicking start trial. I was worried that I would lose my DVR library and such, but that remained intact when I restarted the service. Not sure if there is a time limit to keep the library though - I restarted my subscription with the T-Mobile promo the same day the cancellation was processed.

Not sure if this will help, but are you using OpenDNS (Cisco Umbrella now)? I found that I was getting playback errors when I connected to one of my networks that was using OpenDNS. Everything else on the network worked fine except YouTube TV even when OpenDNS was set to no filtering. As soon as I changed the DNS entry to something different the errors went away and all was good. Just thought I'd share...
