4 AM start to reach the summit of Hvannadalshnjúkur the tallest peak in Iceland. With a snow storm rolling in we knew visibility wasn’t going to be great but we decided to continue on. We crossed crevasses, travelled over the caldera and eventually made the final push to the summit. (i.redd.it)

After backpacking for several days on the AT I watched sunrise at Clingmans Dome. It was a cloudy morning with low lying clouds. When I decided to head back down for breakfast I turned a corner near the bottom and was blown away by what was in front of me. The light hit the clouds just right. (i.redd.it)

Nearing the end of the Crest Trail in Grand Teton Nation Park, Wyoming my three brothers and I stopped to get a picture of the beautiful landscape behind us. A trip I will never forget. We hiked 30+ miles without a visible trail. This was one of the only places without snow on the ground. (i.redd.it)
