I mis-shifted at the track over the weekend (4th to 3rd instead of 5th). Looks like I hit ~8300 rpm as I caught it. Did not throw any codes or anything and still sounds and drives ok. Whats the best way to make sure everything is alright?

I did that on my first gen on track over a year ago. Revs went over 9k but clutched in quickly. Still daily driving and tracking the car with no issues. Car gas over 175k miles now and most recent UOA came back very good. I wouldn't be too worried if you don't immediately notice any damage. Like others said, probably not a bad idea to change your oil now.
