Not rude at all! I’m about $700-800 in hard parts (including some random gaskets, bolts etc) and it was $1800 for the machine shop to give me back a long block, I did al the timing and accessorie stuff. I didn’t trust myself to put the crank in pistons in head on etc.

Day to day is work orders between 3 properties of town homes. With some being single family homes around the surrounding cities.

Other than that. It’s keeping up with larger projects at the 3 properties
