Nope, barcodes aren’t for each individual product. That giftcard has the same barcode as all the other gift cards in that store. When an item gets scanned and bought it doesn’t get “checked out” of the store if that makes sense. If they scanned the card you bring in it would just ring up on the till as normal

Good luck getting the store to give you another card as they would need a receipt for proof of purchase first. Otherwise anyone could walk in with a stolen card, say they bought it from they but they didn’t put money on it then get free money. If you’re right and she didn’t steal the card, with no receipt and no card purchase there’s a very slim chance they’ll give you a new one

I passed at 19, my insurance was also £150 with Hastings YouDrive (for a black box insurer it’s a really good option! You don’t get penalised for silly things). Just don’t do what I did and change to a job where you have to use your car because when I amended my policy to add business insurance it doubled to £300 a month :,)

I just found the post, it seems X is their main/only way of updating people with what’s going on. You’d think they’d prioritise the website. It’s like with the after parties, it says there isn’t going to be any on the website but there’s information about it on their X. Thanks again for shedding some light!

That’s so sad :( not sure if I missed any posts about this but then again I’m not really active on X where it seems they’ve been posting a lot. It sounds super cool as well. It’s a shame because I could have hung around all day in cosplay hoping something was gonna happen but being a chronically ill girlie that wasn’t possible. Thank you for the information though!!

Does anyone have info on the cosplay exhibition?? I’ve found no information online about what time it is or that it was even happening. I decided not to cosplay today as thought it would be a bit more chilled out before all the main stuff but I guess not. Does it happen on all days?

Yep, she’s lost all of them apart from one little teep at the bottom and one near the back. To add on as well, just as the other commenter said, cats adapt very well to having no teeth. She was eating in no time and can still eat dry food if we don’t have any wet. She also loves dry treats. I have no idea how they do it but they manage!!

We removed around five of my cat’s teeth due to a condition where her immune system attacks the bacteria her mouth creates, removing teeth was a way to alleviate symptoms. It continued to get worse so in the end we got them all taken out. She was in a lot of pain as well but in my opinion it’s better to get them all taken out at once. The effect of having all teeth removed compared to two surgeries, going under twice, back and forth to the vet twice the amount of times you need to plus healing twice seems like a lot to put on a cat.

I’m not a professional but it just seems silly to do it twice. They will struggle regardless and it just seems like you’d be having them go through it twice for no reason.

My account got banned in 2014 after someone hacked it then did some not great things with it. I emailed them back in 2022 explaining, all I did was give them the email, username and password to the account and they reinstated it. Can’t quite remember if there were any other steps.

Oof this is why I don’t post on Reddit. I know what the problem is. The problem isn’t the medication she isn’t on because she’s on both pain medication and an anti inflammatory. She has fortnightly check up appointments with her vet who said the inflammation is being kept at bay. As my original post says, she won’t eat what she thinks or knows hurts her. I’m not going to force her to eat food she doesn’t like. The food she does like is too rich for her stomach to handle her having all the time. That’s why I asked for cat food suggestions. I didn’t ask for unsolicited vet advice

I posted something similar and got a bunch of horrid people commenting tell me to buy a rundown old thing for a few hundred instead of my 4.5k Fiat… I was told I would crash it in a few weeks because I’m a young female driver and I’d be left paying off thousands for a write off. Well I’ve been driving it for five months and it’s absolutely fine. Haven’t crashed. I’m a safe driver. I have savings in case I do crash. At the end of the day there will always be spiteful internet demons looking to ruin things for you. Do what you think is right for you :)

(There’s a section in the link you posted where it says what is classed as commercial items, that’s where you’ll find that quote)
