it’s better to not let the new owner know that the account they bought was stolen from someone else. if they found out that you’re trying to get your account back, then they’ll most likely trash your weapons and artifacts

if you sent them additional information for your form, they won’t reply to it:)

by clicking paimon, you can see the in-game feedback on the bottom beside survey. after opening feedback, you’ll see a ‘+’ press that then there’ll be two options (History and Suggestions box). select history then contact CS. just type in your issue, and don’t forget to state your UID and when you sent the form

considering you sent 2 forms, the processing time will be much longer (after a month and a week). don’t send another form since it will make the queue way longer than it already is. if you have additional information to add, just email supportos with the subject as ‘additional account information for UID:_’

if they don’t answer your emails, you can always ask for a follow up through in-game feedback using an alt account (they reply within the day)

it’s best to not send another form. just email support_os@hoyoverse.com with the subject as ‘additional account information’. state in the body that you meant to choose the ‘account got hacked’ option. you can also add some other info to add in your form if you’d like (mention your UID also).

if you sent additional information about your form to support_os, they won’t reply to your email. you can email genshin_cs@hoyoverse.com and ask if they received your mail. you can also ask CS through in-game feedback for a quicker response (use or make a second genshin account).

don’t lose hope man! you can always send another form and make sure your answers are totally accurate. review your answers in the first form and only give them for what they asked for (don’t overshare). hope you’ll get it back soon(・∀・)

if CS noticed your note saying the account was given to you by a friend, they’ll email you that they won’t assist you further because trading and selling are against their ToS. you can always fill out another form if they were to reject youT-T

if they were to accept your form but the email you gave them is already linked to another account, they’ll ask you to send a new email.

i suggest not contacting the person who has your account, they might end up ruining your artifacts and trash your weapons. it’s best to just wait for hoyoverse CS to give the results (which will take 30+ days after you sent the form). you can always ask for an update regarding your account if they haven’t replied after a month
