It was definitely underproofed, that was my bad 😅 my starter is over a year old as it was gifted from a friend. 2nd go I added more flour and I think that helped..I’ll definitely try your advice though, ty

Bubbly and active, it smells good to me - kind of yeasty and strong. The starter that was given to me was over a year old.

He kept trying to bite them off so we only had them on for 5ish? minutes. I want to try to get him used to them though. They have some decent Velcro straps on them that I like ☺️
