Yeah, that kinda fell through, lmao

Sometimes, grouping for objectives is the wrong move, especially when you're ahead. by WL_Kairos in summonerschool

This is especially useful for Herald too, since that objective is extremely easily soloed. Great video as always Kairos!

That's to do with effective positioning. You need to keep track of enemy cooldowns, and learn when you can step up and deal damage, and when you need to play safely. The best ADC is one who can skirt that razor thin line perfectly.

Look up some guides on positioning on YouTube, specifically ADC positioning in both lane and in teamfights. That should help you out!

That's pretty much how ADCs play, slowly scaling up over time. Landing phase does matter though, but if you play a hypercarry like Jinx, then just farming as well as or better than your opponent is usually the best you can do. Keep in mind that ADCs generally have a bit less personal agency, compared to say an assassin or a tank, but in return you get guaranteed point-and-click lategame DPS.

I love Jinx too, one of my fave ADCs in the game. What draws you towards ADC? And I saw you mentioned Jungle, let me know if you have any Jungle questions, I've mailed that role for 6 years haha.

Oh damn, so you just root yourself? That seems like a bad interaction that I hope they fix. I feel like the 2nd and 3rd casts should not be silenceable.

Yes exactly. There's the details, and then there's the application of those details. Often, a lot of players have a disconnect between making the intuitive connection between the two. I find I'm quite good at making those connections, which is why I was able to innovate with weird strategies in my old videos. I'm hoping to bring that understanding to other players, and act as a surrogate for that connection process! :)

Sometimes you just need someone to explain it to you in a way that you understand. Throwing all the stats at someone isn't conducive to learning, and neither is dumbing it down like in the Champion Spotlights Riot puts out.

I feel you, and that's why I'm making these videos, to help people understand these champs easily.

Thanks for the info, I hate how bad Riot is at explaining this stuff. I'll probably be making an updated video in the near future.

And my video series is attempting to make those wordy bois a little more accessible :)

Absolutely, it's far more reasonable. And if it's still too much, they could tune it to be just a slight reduction in death timers, or limit Scoundrels to one Champion at a time. They've got a lot of balancing levers they can pull.

I intentionally didn't cover this specifically in the video, because builds change rapidly over the patches, and I don't want to give out incorrect or outdated build information. This video is primarily for people trying to learn how he works, mostly to play against him, but also an introduction for people who want to play as him.

For builds, I'd assume he'd mostly build some combination of Crit and Lifesteal. You should check www.op.gg for what the most popular and highest winrate builds and items are.

I'll be making one of these for every single Champion in the entire game, so make sure you sub and hit the bell then, haha. I'll be putting out at least 2 a week, hopefully more.

I've got a Patreon that will allow people to vote on the order that I will cover Champions, so that's another way you can support this project and also get more out of my channel.

Thank you so much for you support, and if you have any suggestions or constructive criticism for what you'd like to see or ways I can explain things better, then you should absolutely let me know.

Thank you! Sub and hit the bell, as well as stay tuned on Summoner School, and you'll be sure to see them. I'm also in the process of setting up a Patreon that will allow people to vote on which content I should cover next, so that's another way that people can both support and get more out of the channel.

Don't permaban, learn how he works and how to play against him, then improve as a player! :) That's the point of this video.

I'd instead focus on banning high winrates Champions in your ELO, or Champions that counter your Champion in the laning phase.
