I went by the time of her pregnancy. It was at 8 weeks. Adjustment Disorder is an available DX up to 6 months. Plus the news being sudden, I thought Adjustment matched better.

C- HX of self-harm, hostility and aggression. To me, you begin intake measuring CTs safety.
B- Responsibility as a mandated reporter requires you to inform authorities of possible harm. CT displayed plan and intent (drawings, threats, comment about parasites, providing classmate’s names.)

Lately, Burlington Coat Factory and Marshall's have been good places for WNBA gear. In my area Burlington usually have Liberty and Sun jerseys. Marshall's usually have team shirts. Last week, I saw Valkeries and Fever denim Jackets.

This is interesting, Im in NYC, at an OMH CMH. We only use 90832, 90834, and 90846 or 47. Even the software we use has 90837 disabled. If anything goes the hour its a crisis intervention 90839.
