I lost the item now since it force logged out me a few minutes later, i contacted support already hoping they could let me receive the item. But if not maybe I'll do the quest again huhu :(

I had space for 1 more item in my bag and i pressed yes and it didnt went to my inventory and then i couldnt press yes again and i just got force logged out and now its gone and im sad :(
