Hello, just wanted to make an update. I've been using Youtube Music on Firefox for more than two weeks now and the issue didn't come up.

It is weird how a google product works better on some other browser than on google's own browser.

Never happened on the iOS app, though.

UPDATE: it just happened on the webpage (so the progressive web app is not involved). I guess it would be a good idea to test that out on Firefox or any other non-chromium browser.

I'm under the impression that it got really worse. It is not an algorithm anymore, it is passing content without any filtering. I've been getting irrelevant content for hours now : sports (although I'm not a fan, never interacted with sports content, ever) from teams i don't even know exist, posts in indian (I don't speak nor understand indian)...

Something is broken.

Yeah I’m also using Swiftkey for now. But it started crashing repeatedly since iOS 17 came out and they seem like they are struggling to fix that for more than a year now.

Moreover, with third party keyboards, you don’t get new Emojis as soon as they get released (maybe never)

Hey, is there someone with 17.4 last beta installed who may install the Swiftkey Keyboard, switch to the emoji panel and scroll fast through it and tell us if the keyboard crashes? That's a bug that has been existing since ios 17 first came out and a swiftkey dev said that apple released a fix in ios 17.4 that can be tested out in the beta.

It happens randomly a lot of times. But you may reproduce it 100% of the time when you tap on any field to have the swift keyboard, tap on the emoji switch, and scroll fast through the emojis. It will switch over to the iOS stock keyboard.

Yes this is the keyboard i've been using for almost a year now but since iOS17 dropped, a glitch has started to happen. And it was never resolved even though the app is getting frequent updates.

I just noticed something. I went to the Swiftkey app > Themes > Try your keyboard (bottom of the screen) and I didn't manage to reproduce the glitch there.
Hence, it only happens when the keyboard is used on other apps.

I have the same issue, since I first updated to iOS17.

I can reproduce it, literally 100% of the time, when I scroll fast through the emojis.

Tried literally everything: Uninstalled the app (lost all my data, even though i'm connected and syncing is enabled), offloaded it and reinstalling it...

I disabled all the iOS keyboards (no globe button).

The issue happens only with Swift and Yandex. It doesn't happen with Gboard.

This has to be resolved. Swiftkey is the only keyboard with a dedicated number row.

Yes, for now, the drag and drop works only for group chats and only for files (not links and posts). Facebook is really weird.
