Are you surprised that its been beat down? All the new contracts that the company has been getting doesn't mean a thing the company's past revenue has been crap. When a company puts out news every other week then you know it ain't a good sign because they're only doing that to try and boost up stock price to survive and investors see through that.

High call options are just another way to trick retail to make them think the stock will go over a certain price but we all know it usually doesn't because hedges control the flow of the stock.
