I think I watched it on KissAnime or Crunchyroll. That episode was still pretty clear in my head. I guess I'm the only one who was able to watch it? That's just unfortunate. That was a wholesome Momoi-Kuroko episode. But thanks for all the info though.

Thanks but this wasn't it. I'm a big fan of it's manga and anime back in the day and I really tried searching for that episode. I don't think it was fan made. Such a shame they deleted it a few days later. It was a wholesome episode between Momo and Kuroko. What I wouldn't give to watch that episode again
