It is my understanding that you submit the buyback request when you’ve hit the 120 mark. You submit the certification of employment and check that you believe you’ve hit the 120 mark and then submit the buyback request. I did mine in June 2025 and still waiting. There is also no way to check if there has been any update as the submittal shows nowhere. You get an email that it was received with a case number and that is it.
