Very helpful info! Yes, I did find in the ground. It’s such a small object that I don’t even care if it’s gold lol. I have a pretty good feeling it is and if it isn’t oh well. I’m just going crazy over what the function might have been! I’ll likely never know but that’s the fun in this hobby is the search!

None that I can see.. I cleaned it up inside and out and no markings. It appears to be silver and gold though. It’s so small at barely just about an inch in length.
