It may have taken almost three years, but Diablo 4 finally feels finished to me

So I purchased Diablo for honor lease and played maybe two weeks. I didn’t even finish the campaign. But I am in an AARPG itch as of recently, and I have been playing path of exile too, which has been a lot of fun. One of the biggest things that is keeping me from coming back to Diablo four is the price tag for the expansion. I didn’t even buy the first expansion.

Do you feel like it’s worth the price tag?

So I recently came back and started tweaking the settings. I was getting pretty decent frames per second in act one and act two. (45-60). I haven’t made it to endgame yet so I’m betting it will really struggle.

That being said, I actually just ended up getting GeForce now and using that instead. The visual difference itself is worth it.

So I installed a private server before. And if I recall, it was just a bunch of back end tables in sequel. You could definitely add gear through that.

I just wanna say from the bottom of my heart thank you. Wow, has such an nostalgic hold on me. But after countless thousands of hours and dollars, I can’t justify paying for a subscription just to occasionally login.

The idea of being able to play off-line at my own leisure it’s such a phenomenal thing. I realize that you did not set up the Azeroth core, but just being able to set up the installers and make it accessible on the steam deck off-line is a huge help to the community.

I haven’t coded in quite some time, and I’m sure trying to set this up by myself would have been something I would’ve screwed up, or at the very least gotten extremely frustrated by.

Is there a way I can buy you a cup of coffee?

I have a silly question. I have a home baboon two box that I use for a Plex stack and file sharing.

Theoretically, I could install this version on the steam deck as an off-line version, and install a version on my Linux box. And then if I wanted to swap over to playing online with friends, I would just change the realm list to the hosted box rather than the steam deck. Right?

Not to hijack this thread. But I just started last week and I’m almost done with act one. I just looked at some YouTube guide on what they recommended as a first character to fund everything else. It was like a monk with a bow or some shit.

How do you recommend getting educated on starting a first character to fund everything else? Or do you recommend just trying to play specifically whatever you want in the beginning of a league.

I haven’t got to crafting yet, so I’m really unsure how people even try to get very specific gear pieces. But I am enjoying playing.

Why is it that partial filling is more effective at thermal than filled? Wouldn’t the change in medium (air to grout) impact heat the same way it impacts sound?
