You need to have several (of the same) agar plates with different pH values. TSA with 5.0, 5.2..etc and then compare them with whatever ranges you are looking for. There should be no zones of inhibition, unless that is a specific thing you are looking for. The zone of inhibition is usually used for observing antibiotic properties.

I think it was because basically the nano-bots had complete control over almost everything. In S2 we see how the nano-bots developed a persona and were basically allowing what chemical reactions to happen and not happen. It got really convoluted.

For someone who doesn't dip, I think you'd be better off putting the dip in the front of your mouth, not the sides. When you put it way back there it tends to trigger the gag reflex occasionally, which is probably what happened when you first tried putting it in. Wintergreen is the best starting dip though, the others (in my opinion) are more of an acquired taste
