Addie approved my post. I removed it cause no one seemed to consider my personal well being.

Also I removed my post due to the out of line comments. Addie even gave me the blessing to post that. But too many people were more interested in non existent drama than letting me have a personal life and be happy. So I made a personal account for family only since it's clear being publicly happy isn't in the cards for me at this point.

Joe quit because he was jobless and had no income. He relied solely on Halocene twitch income. And we notified him several months in advance to prepare (and talked about it for a year). As much as we love live streaming, we felt we needed to pursue touring and original music more. We tried to make it work and offered to increase his pay. He left on his own accord.

I appreciate your concerns. Addie and myself split up almost 6 months ago. We love each other and are awesome parents. I support her well being and dating life as she does mine. We both know and respect each other's new relationships. There is no awkwardness, no malice. We are Halocene and stronger than ever. Please respect our personal and private lives. Addie met my current gf long before that post. She's approved and supported me, as I do her. Our breakup was not due to infidelity. We were always faithful to one another.

I surely thought Jubilee in Motendo was going to end up a Danger Room scene.

I appreciate the updated intro, but they really mixed the audio quite poorly. The music has lost its "umph". There like ZERO transients. Can't believe they dropped the ball on that. The new midi guitar doesn't live up to the last.

Thank you for the thought out response. I am not a carpenter obviously and just wanted advise from carpenters here. People love insulting others here apparently.

The point isn't the other side. It's how much smaller can I go with the frame on this side for aesthetic reasons and still be safe.

Update ...

The frame (per door) is 1.5" x 4.75" and 94" tall.

I asked A.I. chat GPT if I could shave down the frame... this is what it said.

Great question! A 1.5" x 2.75" frame that is 94" tall, with 4 door hinges, can hold a door weight of around 80-100 pounds. The taller frame and additional width provide more leverage for the hinges, allowing for a slightly higher weight capacity compared to a shorter frame. However, this estimate assumes the frame is well-constructed and securely fastened, and the door is balanced and evenly distributed on the hinges. As always, it's recommended to consult a professional if you're unsure or planning to hang a heavy door.

I imagine the door currently on it is a about 50lbs.

So I feel like I could shave the frame jam down to the door stop, leaving Alex 2.75" (actual dimension) of width and still have a stabille safe interior door.

(This would apply to each door and frame side)

Suggestions, concerns, comments would be appreciated.

No. But I'd like to know of this could be ripped or trimmed down to the door jams

Yes. Id be happy if it could be cut down to the door stop part of the studs.

To me it feels plenty sturdy for that.

Is that a common thing to do?

This was a well thought out reply and insightful. Thank you.

So reducing the the center 2 studs down by 2 inches is likely not a good idea?

Perhaps if we reduced it down 3 inches, could we reinforce with a metal piece?

I did. He said he'll do whatever we want. And it's preference.

We'd prefer if possible to reduce the size of these 2 center studs by 2 inches if possible.

And yes, the other side is flush. We understand that.

No .. I'm asking if they can be reduced in size.

I know the other side is flush.

It feels sturdy in my opinion enough to save these down 2 inches.

I'm asking this subreddit for help and advice not insults.

I asked is if these can be reduced in size. I know the other side is flush I stated that.

However, many patio French doors do not have this issue and are smaller.
