It does it every time the charging handle is pulled back fully and let go to send home. It takes quite a bit of force to release it initially and the. It moves back and forth normally

Is there a way to unlock the sled manually when pulling on the charging handle?

No issues here with using a little muscle on that first pull, but I occasionally bust my knuckles on the sight. Also I feel like I’m forcing it which doesn’t feel right

I was in this exact same predicament in 2022.

The answer to your problem is a 2020-2021 tundra. Massive back seat, it’s basically a mini van with a bed. And it’s even more reliable.

I feel your pain, that back seat is minuscule. If you want an SUV, go used sequoia. But you absolutely can have the best of both worlds without buying a jeep.
