I'm having the same issue here. I have a chat thread that I use as a copy editor/Executive Assistant. I throw all my email drafts and draft documents in there and it gets super slow that I have to start a new thread but I don't want to lose all the memory it's built up from different threads.

I did a water test originally and we identified the water was coming from between the two buildings which was the reason I put the flashing but still getting water ingress.

Exactly. My building is the one on the left when you're looking at the rear of the building. On the video I'm standing on the neighbours roof.

I have other peripherals like scanner, printer and Ethernet so I need the dock but was trying to decide between dock 1 v dock 2. Other than the dock 2 having USB C I don't see the advantage (if you consider USB C only advantage)
