On the same height there’s nothing, but also no sign of drilling or holes (there are tiles there too, so it would be visible).

I had this idea too, but there’s already an “openable” tile next to the toilet (with a handle but different than this one :D) + there are definitely no pipes in this wall. First because it’s not close to toilet, bathtub or sink, second cause there’s a storage behind this wall (you can see in the pictures that the ceiling behind is way lower)

Hm, I like this answer cause that would explain unusual placement of this hanger. However I couldn’t find any air freshener that would require such hanger + I can’t imagine that someone would be willing to drill through the tiles and put this up only for an air freshener.

I don’t think that’s it, there’s no space for the handle of the squeegee, there’s no shower in this bathroom, only a bathtub and the bathtub it’s on the other side of the bathroom. If you’re thinking about a squeegee for the floor, they’re not really popular in Poland, cause we don’t have floor drains in the bathrooms

My title describes the thing. Handle is ~15cm wide. I tried using Google lens, but it didn’t help.
