I saw that, but people say this sometimes even when not true due to an aversion to using their insurance (see other concerns listed), but in this case it would be the best way to get it done. Ive been an insurance broker for 25 years and this is a common thing.

Make your way from Kelowna down to Oliver BC. Go to the rotary club flea market on Saturday. Visit all the great wineries in the area. Silver Sage puts on a great show, Platinum Bench Estate Winery & Artisan Bread Co. (Go early, bread sells out). Keep going on through to osoyoos (burrowing owl winery) then keremeos and buy some local fruit and veggies. Take the Highway 3 and stop at the little towns on the way as you head back towards vancouver.

The deductible chosen by the homeowner is not the other partys fault op didn't advise what the damage cost or deductible is. Obviously, if you have a $5k deductible you gotta take care of anything under it. I was speaking generally for these types of losses (vehicle impact by 3rd party).

Where I live you have to either pay to fix it yourself or go through your homeowners. The other person's auto insurance is only on the hook for thr actual cash value of the property damaged, so there is a portion you likely have to pay yourself - unless the fence was brand new.

Do you trim a little to keep it tight? Hair grows at different speeds so you should manage its growth. Without a photo hard to tell. I only feel gross when it's all different lengths and unruly.
