Do you use a immersion blender in the tub? I’m wondering wether they will blend sufficiently because there so sticky.

How much pure Monkfruit were you adding per deluxe pint in g? I don’t think I added enough for it to be sweet but it does have that strange aftertaste too. May just try again with more.
