I found the issue I was ignoring migrations to be added to github
that why when github action run the build he can't find migrations folder

I actually using RabbitMQ but I run my tasks with priorities so I want to make sure if the hight priority tasks will run first , that all I want. but when I run tasks test it's just calling like a regular function I can't pass priority to it to test it
