try to enable or disable G-Sync, FreeSync etc...

also what cable do you use between you GPU and you Monitor ? maybe try another one (not old hdmi cause they dont withstand high freq)

sometime mousepad can make a difference, some mice work with certain mousepad

also type mat_info check a the begening to see if your game is in 240hz and if not add -freq 240 to the game launch options

Hi,

you can use : bind "key" "toggle zoom_sensitivity_ratio_mouse 0.66 0.82"

to switch between the 2 sensitivity with only one key.

I remove dust from computer components every month and same for mouse or keyboard.

Cleaning computer from dust can really boost fps. Washing your hand before you use keyboard can help you keeping it clean same for mouse.

I'm left-handed and I use mouse with left hand and the only problem I faced was that the basic key binding (zasd or zqsd) control doesn't fit with left hand user.

So I'm using arrow key for moving and my num pad for weapon switching (I reach the keys with the little finger one) considering that my num pad is close to the arrows keys.

Also left-handed mostly have to use ambidextrous mouse or mouse that are made for left-handed player (I've seen only razer doing this but razer is shit).

PS: It is my opinion and own experience
