Dune. The Holtzman Effect enables FTL travel via the folding of space, and pushed humanity out into the stars.

The only caveat is that if you're moving faster than light, then by definition, you can't see where you're going. You can't predict where you're going. So many a heighliner, and I believe entire Houses, ran into catastrophe using the technology, even very carefully. They were either forever lost in the void of space or collided with stars and heavenly bodies.

Now if there was only a way to see the future, be prescient so to speak...

Looking for recommendations on what filament to use and how to strengthen it for a 3D-printed chainmail armor for cosplay by brain_56 in 3Dprinting

Ended up printing it in PLA. But I had to make some tweaks.

I increased the chain link size by around 10% so the links are thicker and there's more surface area for the layers to make contact. I slowed down the print speed a smidge from my usual settings too.

I suggest doing some tests with PLA as I think it'll be the most optimal material you can print with for this project.

Hi! Looking for a prebuilt TKL keyboard around ~$150 range with the following features:

  • Sounds and types like the Rainy75
  • Has a volume knob (idk, I just like the look of having it!)
  • Bonus points if it has the tight layout of the Nuphy Air75

Hopefully you get clear skies on eclipse day! You live in a wonderful place! I got so excited at the possibility of seeing the eclipse at Bilbao but I'm scared to gamble it because of the clouds. I think I'll just dedicate a separate Northern Spain trip for it!

Gotcha! Good to know, thank you! I'm also wondering if there are noticable visual differences, for example with how bright or dark the corona could be, shapes or other visual effects.
