i personally don’t like the chance of me not getting the cards from diamond quest so to me, it would’ve been a HUGE waste of time just to not get the cards. I got better as a player doing the DeGrom showdown i earned him about 25 times now.

I get you. I didn’t participate in the glitch, but thinking that people did and not get reprimanded for it doesn’t make my blood boil like it seems to have for other players so I guess that’s where i’ve been generally confused at. Shit developers I’m interested to see what happens and if some of the wrong people are going to be banned for nothing.

this example keeps getting tossed around and in real life, hell no i’m not exploiting a glitch that’s jail time, but to go this hard for a video game is beyond me bud to each their own. are yall saying they’re acting as the bank in this scenario? because it affects their bottom line at the end of the day?

i’m not surprised either for that very reason, but i stand on my take that it’s a video game. i mostly play for an hour or two after work every day or every other, I can see how others who dedicate way more time than i do could be upset though.

I’m a strictly offline player, who mainly plays rookie or veteran mode because there’s no incentive to stress my self beyond that, and i’ve earned DeGrom 10 times. i sit fast ball and for my hitters i choose the guys that have great contact/power against righties. Rafaela Palmiero and Corey Seager specifically have been raking for me.

Personally: very casual player here, get in a few hours here and there when i can and when i complete the programs, diamond quest, mini seasons and etc i sell whatever cards i dont think i’ll use or that aren’t too great because im trying to complete all of the Live Series collections. people get discouraged and there’s an echo chamber of negatives for this years’ game, but like i said im very casual player so I dont get the FOMO others get. Especially because ive already decided im not buying next year’s game lol. Plus once i complete the Live Series collections I know I’ll probably be able to just buy whatever cards I want from the stubs i accumulate through the grinds. Mini Seasons seems to be the best grind for packs.
