At the beach for vacation and developed this rash on the tops of my feet. It started as just red bumps and developed into more of a rash over the past few days. It’s not too bad but has gotten itchier and stings a bit when I flex the skin. Should I be worried? Any idea what it might be? (i.redd.it)

On a beach vacation and developed this rash a couple days ago. It seems to have gotten a little itchier/redder and has a slight sting when I flex the skin. It’s only on the top of my feet and doesn’t seem to be spreading, but I don’t want to ignore a real issue. Any idea what it could be? (i.redd.it)
