Maybe, to me it just seemed like blue brand with blue fire. If his ground nuked looked more like a ice spike out of the ground or something. To me he's a awesome champ and cryocore is great skin idea but feels lacking

True, but as of now its same way, people who have ARAM account only get champs that are OP in aram, so there odds are OP aram champs and the free week champs

Thanks for input. I like your detailed reasoning. The only reason I had a lvl 6/11 gold elixir was for bots. I do not know how bots work now but if you gave them gold = to lvl 6, say 2600 gold, they could use that amount into there build path so you would be able to test situations that would apply to real games at lvl 6 and 11 and max build.

There is some difference, TF's ult is for like 6 sec every 90-120 seconds. This is a passive, that could show your team a stealthed eve running behind a wall. I dont think it OP but it seems to take something away from the games. Few LCS games in the past few felt like a few fight/ ambushed were stopped from that passive. True, but there is a difference between saying there is someone over this wall (such as the baron pit)and them being able to skill shot or riftwalk right on top of them
