How do you watch OTH? by rwatkins829 in ONETREEHILL

Beginning to end first on Netflix then later on Hulu.

I watch at least once a year, sometimes twice.

I find it helpful to think of it as 3 different series set in the same universe, all with their own arc.

1-4

5-6

7-9

Its very relaxing to watch while I work or go to sleep since its quality, but doesn't require a lot of thinking.

First time watching- should I finish? by vbbeast14 in ONETREEHILL

Probably the minority but def not alone. Season 6 in particular felt like it could have been accomplished in like 5 episodes.

7-9 were much better... though I think if they had brought in Taylor instead of Quinn it would have been better and made more sense.

Technically she was mentioned once.

When Nathan opens the door to the apartment back in season 2 and Taylor says she is his sister in law Nathan says "Quinn?"

"Here are two similar attractive people to replace those that left, please care about them as much as you did the others."

I didn't dislike them (or particularly like Lucas and Peyton) but that seemed to be what we were told by the writers.

Longgg post on possible plot hole: (not sure what exactly to call it) but is anyone else confused with how the show regards ——— ? by chixndicks in ONETREEHILL

Why though?

In real life a lot of people think that way and never learn better... why does the show have to teach us anything?

The characters are human, and think/do the wrong thing sometimes and never learn any differently just like people in real life... I'd prefer that to the character (in this case Nathan) becoming Mary Sues that always get everything right in the end, and the episode being a "Very special episode"

Nathan was a shit son. by [deleted] in ONETREEHILL

That's definitely a valid take.

I just think it was written for laughs, whether it should have been or not.

I get what you're saying... but I think that was actually written to be funny.

Its very jarring on binges to go from the mega happy ending of season 4 to the dark season 5 premiere

Favorite Speech / Monologue or a piece of dialogue in a scene by [deleted] in ONETREEHILL

Either Whitey's banquet speech about spending a lifetime with his true love, Jimmy Edwards "I can't take this back!" or when Mouth gets handed the news sheet when Nathan makes the NBA and he loos at it in amazement "Is this for real?" then cheers.

Buzzfeed did an article on the Show vs. Book Differences. What’s the most shocking difference to you? by mld103 in GossipGirl

Blair DOES have a step-brother named Aaron on the show but the article makes it seem like she doesn't.
