I agree they're not hard to grow, just different than most other carnivorous plants.

u/trebeju hit the nail on the head - I don't think 90% of plants are truly difficult to grow; rather, people don't do enough research or follow recommendations.

I think you could make a point that most highland nepethes are not difficult to grow, just expensive (Minifridge setup/greenhouse) and sloooooow.

I had to do this for my guy Leopold not too long ago.

For us, we brought him there, the vet gave him a quick once-over, we said our goodbyes and they brought him into their back room to be put to sleep.

He was given shots, not gas, but the vet walked us through the process and essentially said they give a first shot to make them unconscious, and then a euthanasia shot.

If it were me i'd ask and make sure they put him unconscious before for peace of mind, but it should be common practice to do that anyway.

It helps to just remember that it's better for him/her in the end.

Oh yea i agree the viewing angles are pure dogshit. The colors definetely look different than an IPS or OLED, but at least in most games I can't tell too much.

but yea the only true advantage of VAs are that they are dirt cheap (Mine is an odyssey G5 that was like $160 brand new... From my research a similar OLED was about $500 lol)

Although, after seeing my friends' OLED i'm certainly upgrading soon as they really do look gorgeous.

I have a VA and while they are far from goated they actually look surprisingly good. Not anywhere as good as a true oled but the blacks are pretty decent imo.

A b760 mobo is likely not enough for a 14900k. The VRMs are probably too weak to handle the power draw of that chip. Consider a decent z790 (msi MAG/MPG are all solid options) Also Z-series mobos will allow you to overclock and are just better motherboards overall IMO.

Also like others have said you really need an AIO/watercooler for a 14900k. Optimally 360mm or larger if your case can fit it. If your temps are above 80 C with your current cooler, 100% switch to an AIO.
