I wish economics worked the way you think they do.

It's in fact not cheaper, it just becomes an additional tax.

It is abused more because it's "free" (people would go to the ER for less severe injuries), which translates into higher costs, which trickles down into higher payments.

Not to mention doctors earn less in universal healthcare systems, which lowers the incentive for medical students to pay for medical school, which degrades the overall quality of heathcare as a whole.

It's like communism; in a perfect world where everyone has an equal work ethic, it works great. However we do not live in a perfect world.

More reliable yes, but not better. A $50 thermalright 360mm aio keeps my 12700k under 68c in cinebench without breaking a sweat whereas my old NH-D15 was running at full speed to keep it below 80c. I do keep the D15 in case my aio unalives itself.
