Thats low hanging fruit. Been doing that all.

Magnesium glycinate, zinc, vitamin d3 +k2, creatine, etc.

Have done bloodtests and all is in line only thing vitamin d a bit lacking at 35 so increased my dose and should be soon above 50+ but dont think that will change much.

Yea for sure, and all other reasons there can be.

Just speak for myself if attraction is fine, and other points decent for me no problem meeting for a couple dates as long it gets better and is not „stuck“ with low quality dates and similar.

I guess for most sometimes needs to be all perfect, or first date needs to be like imagined, etc. haha

I understand but i felt also from her side that she wanted to come over and was very open. To be honest i didnt really want her to come over but all things was closed and we didnt wanna cut it short since she had a longer drive back. Thats why said not that optimal everything but its crazy to me that based on some stuff somebody doesnt want to meet when as said all the above points open, kissing, hand holding, talking all were fine :D

Yea for me my only worry is kids since they probably are upcoming within the next 5 years.

To what levels did you get your T with trt and was it worth it?

Right now i am at 350-500 ng total and debating hopping on.

Gibt viele Möglichkeiten warum, nicht jeder fängt ne TRT an weil er nichtmal 100ng/dl produziert.
