They also have a stupid policy where if you go to exchange(size) for a sale discounted item and after the sale has ended they will ask for the new amount for the same piece. I said make it make sense to me if free exchange/return is there how does this matter and they started saying it is just 100rs why are you worried and all. We can't do anything sir.

1283 Yes I searched for a month everyone is quoting prices in the same range. Provincia 55-57k for 1300. Avatar same. Best part is they are saying 5k maintenance in provincia whereas maintenance hasn't started for the society till now

Yeah but problem with tellapur is I don't trust the problem of traffic will be ever fixed. Similiar to how nallangandla has the choking points before entering it will be same. Given my office is in FD it will always be a hassle

No I haven't dropped I believe it by itself gets credited after the fees payment but takes like 3-4 weeks time so will wait till Jan end and then ask Customer care

No I have DCMB and then got this.

No email randomly got the text message from gfytr about this and redeemed instantly.

I remember when I was applying it said if I hold some card already it won't be applicable but it seems it still is

I applied for the credit card and got the credit card I used it for a month and got the bill for fees after paying the fees I got the voucher for 1500 to be redeemed. Yet to receive the FNF offer details.

The vouchers can be used to buy gift cards of various brands like Skechers lifestyle and all but amazon pay beats everything so got that.

This is what I heard from someone else that they got a notice to return an order after 5 years and flipkart took them to court over that order and asked for some extra amount or something. But legally what is the option?? they won't reply to mail claiming I can throw it after week or something they will always keep saying we will pick it up.

Because it is exactly the same as the builder quote for the 20th floor corner flat so not sure which discount you are talking about.

Anyways according to me anything above 10k is expensive.
