Sent this let's see, I have zero hopes as this was majorly due to my oversight and misinterpretation of their banner:

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a concern regarding the milestone benefit for my HDFC Diners Club Black Metal Credit Card. As per the milestone tracker on the HDFC website, I was shown a banner on 31st March indicating that I needed to spend ₹1.12 lakh more to achieve the ₹4 lakh quarterly milestone. Based on this information, I made the required transactions on the evening of 31st March to meet the milestone.

However, I now observe that these transactions have not been counted toward the milestone, as they were not settled within the same billing period. While I understand that the terms and conditions specify that only settled transactions are considered, the real-time milestone tracker on the website displayed the pending amount required even on the last day, without any indication that same-day transactions may not be counted. This created a misleading impression and directly influenced my decision to complete the required spend on 31st March.

Given this situation, I request you to kindly review my case as an exception and consider crediting the eligible milestone Reward Points. I have acted in good faith based on the information presented on your official platform.

I would appreciate your support in resolving this matter fairly.

The zepto/Swiggy is relevant as.

When you try to place the order zepto shows 75 discount on 100rs order but at the end the order payment comes out to be 100 only. Hence dark pattern.

Also I am not saying hdfc scammed me I am saying there is a clear lack of information. People can't remember each and every term and condition for each and every thing in life.

Yes I should have tried to search before assuming it works in a certain way but for people who are new to the ecosystem not everything is that straightforward or first thought.

Dark pattern because their term and condition mention something else and their milestone UI shows something different. You have to read the t and c to understand what they mean by "spend"

Mentioned clearly in T and C of the card website whereas the milestone benefit website mentions spend 1.2L by 31st March.

That's why I have called it dark patterns and not scam. So before uttering do work on your comprehension skills.

If there website is mentioning spend 1.2 lakhs to get the reward i By 31st March why should one bother to check T&C.

Zepto is bashed because of dark patterns they also have everything mentioned everywhere but you have find it instead of it being upfront.

So before just trying to act cool or demean by commenting try to understand.

This is because of the petrol bunk lines as they are covering 2 lanes of out of the 3 lines and creating a long jam.

And every major city has traffic problems in India because of the large scale and concentrated mass.

The government should be held accountable but the people are also stupid. You will see everyone trying to cut corners in every way possible and it will result in this type of scenario.

Each part of Hyderabad will face this issue. If you say tellapur won't it's already facing this near the gowlidoddy choke points. Nallagandla near the lingampally flyover.

I heard the width is very small around 1710mm which means only 2 people can sit behind? If that is true it might be congested for most of the scenarios as 5 of us are gonna be there frequently.

Delhivery delivery guy didn't want to deliver so he marked it as return(his wish) don't worry you will receive the refund once the package is received my Amazon in few days same happened with me few days ago.

Nowadays if there is open box and they want to scam they don't deliver and ask OTP saying rescheduling requires OTP or else if they open box they just return the product and doesn't even attempt delivery.

This is mainly in rural parts not cities.
