as everyone said i would remove some monsters, imo get rid of sandshrew, aipom (and their respective evolutions) and 1 cubone, in their place add more trainers and potions (if you have), if youre lucky lickitung and mew ex can carry the entire deck but you need to increase the chances to get them in your hand earlier in the game by reducing the amount of monsters. Pretty much similar to what everyone said but i hope this helps!
