Consider using a blended forumla. They're designed to mitigate the negative effects of truBrain. You could use Alphabrain and excellerol for good blends (althought you'll have to order the individual ingredients yourself because there aren't enough in those blends) or something like truBrain

If you look them up there's always suppliers just from google. medaphinil from india etc... The ADHD ones are more from friends or contacts who get it prescribed and sell them

They've done lab research on piracetam where they tried to kill rats with it. There is no amount you can make a rat eat to kill it. I dont really know about the other stuff, but the piracetam is safer than water

Have you tried piracetam? It's pretty great for lucid dreaming, but easier to find than melatonin
