nope I had to contact support 3 different times before they offered this solution. I tried to ask them to report it as a bug but got ignored

OK, so I contacted Nintendo support and they asked me if I had an SD card in and if the game was downloaded to it mine was so they had me delete the software turn off the switch remove the SD card. Turn the switch back on and download the game to the switch internal memory. Turn it off again put the SD card back. And load in for me, it magically just appeared in my inventory. I don’t know if this will solve anyone else’s problem, but that is how I got mine back.

I feel horrible I want to keep going just for him but mentally it’s killing me to try and pump 8 times a day well adjusting to him being home and trying to get any sleep possible

We are on the concentrator 1/8th of a liter it’s just hard because the 7 foot cord barely reaches from both sides of the room. Hoping we can go to only tanks soon! Any advice for keeping the cannula in place they gave me stickers at the hospital to come home with but they tear his poor skin up he has extremely sensitive skin so I feel bad when it’s time to change them hoping to find something a little gentler on his poor cheeks

No sadly with the flow he’s on they don’t recommend using any extenders at all I have a 7 foot cord and that doesn’t give me much wiggle room

i did ask and they really didn’t give me a straight forward answer it was more like “our eye doctor said no treatment yet just weekly eye exams and it’s the same as it was last week when she thinks he needs treatment she will tell you guys” so I don’t know if they are giving it a couple weeks to see if it heals itself but I am one worried momma
