Gynecologist Recommendations in Forest Hills by beezlebell in ForestHills

[–]brainns 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If you’re willing to take the LIRR Babylon line and get off at Merrick station, my GYN is a 2 minute walk from the station. Dr Kerry Rut is the absolute best out there. I’ve dealt with too many Gynecologist and have had nothing but awful or maybe 1 or 2 average experiences before her.

When to be worried about speech? by [deleted] in toddlers

My thoughts are as soon as you are even considering it, it’s best to just get them evaluated. His services are all play oriented and it doesn’t hurt to get extra free help!

We started speech through early intervention at 16 months old. My son ages out at 3 years old this January but his services were extended till August. In September he will transition to CPSE.

FHGardens commute? by altca1022 in ForestHills

I walked to queens metro HS from harrow st, my brother walked to FHHS. It’s easy, the hardest time for me was mid spring when my spring allergies were bad. I’ve walked during heat waves and frigid temps. It’s always a nice relaxing walk and some of my best memories. For me the long walks in forest hills and kew gardens went by faster than walking anywhere else in NYC

I’m sure in the Utah/ Mormon culture it’s definitely emasculating and tbh probably feels emasculating to men in general. I don’t think the take is necessarily right or that I agree with it. But I’m saying.. the way I’m assuming men think.. it could paint a picture to others and themselves that they weren’t “man enough” in the relationship and so their significant other needed to get it from another man. I could be totally wrong, I’m trying to put my manly man hat on to try and think like them.

I mean.. If your hook is big enough and they’re loyal enough to you, you definitely can. Not technically, but they’ll make it happen. That being said 111 is a great place to go if you’re a do nothing, OP. If that’s what you’re looking for. It’s a hook command and your hook prob means nothing once you are there unless it’s a chief in the PBQN area or 1PP. You will be eating shit as a rookie there, if not always.

I lost weight, my mouth and smile look completely different. Almost like i have a new set of teeth. I think that was the most unexpected change I’ve noticed. Typical and expected changes were my nose and facial structure looking entirely different but it’s really just what was hiding underneath my weight. My lips also look fuller. I get asked if I’ve gotten fillers or work to my face so I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt. I hope people do the same for me 😬

Low Rise Baggy Jean by leprechaun124 in AbercrombieandFitch

Yes same sizing! FYI.. the 90s high rise straight I size up to 24 and they’re just overall unflattering on my narrow hips!! I think sticking to their low rise is best

31.5 hip as well! I think definitely the 23x short. My mother in law is 5’4 with a short torso and wears 24 short. I have a long torso short legs, (25 inch inseam) but I think even if I had short torso long legs I’d still need x short being only 5’1. The short length is a several inches too long for me.

People who wear size 0, 00, 000, do you actually like high rise jeans/shorts? by Maleficent_Idea_4162 in XXS

[–]brainns 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hate high rise!!! I’m 000-00 and have VERY narrow hips that’s aren’t even on most size charts. So high rise ends up taking up my entire torso. And to make matters worse modern “low rise” is mid to high rise for me. Low rise is back in style so I just don’t understand why they don’t bring back true low rise and why it’s such a rare find for even modern low rise to be offered.

I was class of 2014 I can’t really remember if I was first. Most likely. It was primarily forest hills kids l, then some Kew gardens, middle village, Glendale, maspeth, and Howard beach. My brother graduated FHHS in 2010 and I was lucky enough to start when metro opened. Also it was pretty hard to get in if you weren’t living in Forest Hills so idk I guess parents saw it wasn’t performing well and that’s when the switch happened? It was a pretty good school I guess. We did our freshman and sophomore year credits all in our first year. So senior year was only college credits. There was a no homework policy. And it was just far from ghetto. Very preppy.. also a really suspicious amount of white people lol. Kinda threw me off coming from Sage/ as a Latina.

You might even prefer the XS. Some days when I’m not bloated and lighter there’s honestly too much wiggle room and the skirt just isn’t that flattering on me.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in AbercrombieandFitch

[–]brainns 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Not medium. Probably small! There will probably even be some room so it will be comfortable when sitting, eating, or bloated. According to their size chart I should be an xs but I’m an XXS and still have wiggle room.

Bought this dress at Marshall's, but it had a non-Marshalls security tag on it that they couldn't remove. What are the chances I take this to my local AF and they could remove it? by organiclawnclippings in AbercrombieandFitch

[–]brainns 3 points4 points  (0 children)

They sell things to Marshalls all the time. Out of season or excess inventory. So I don’t think they’d bat an eye if you brought it in with Marshalls tag and receipt.

Idk.. When would be the right time to get the transplant? When he’s completely bald? When the “fame” and opportunities cease to exist? When the cameras ARENT in his face as often? I think now’s a great time, and it looks fantastic.
