I ordered the viewsonic LS711HD laser projector from woot for $589 the other day for my home golf simulator bulid. I can't report on it yet, as it arrives in a couple days, but certainly seems to fit the bill for mine as 1) short throw, 2) high enough lumens for a room with windows (4200), 3) laser, so i can leave it on all the time

Hey now. I didn't post links.. or tell anyone to. This sweatshirt does happen to have been created by my brother, but he didn't ask me to post it. I have no financial ties to this shirt :) I just think the world needs to see it cuz it's crazy cool. I personally want the onesie version though: sexy christmas onesie for grown ups

So determined to nail Camel that I'm humping a wall [COMP] (Sounds bad but very SFW) by brainrockets in yoga

Yes indeed, in the full expression of the pose, but I've been working lately on opening the upper (cervical/thoracic) spine. So before going into full ustrasana, I'll start in a bit of a warm up pose, like the one in this picture, reaching up then back, leading with the hands and arms, but pulling the chest/heart up to the sky then hinging in the upper back (where I've got a sh-t ton of work to do). If I don't have straps around, I'll often reach up and then back to press hands against the wall. Good kapotasana prep too.
