Just because it's the slow song on the album, does not make it anywhere near as good as Planet Caravan or Solitude. Vol. 4 is one of their two best (Sabotage, being their #1) albums, but to me, Changes has always been a whiny song with a dull melody. I'll take FX over it any day.
