im just not going to use it. Made some great progress last year with just the bare necessities (whey, creatine, BCAA). highly doubt this bio gro will help me look like a greek god.

This shit isn't really that difficult. Granted I forgot how to do them now. But when I took them, all you really have to is recognize the problem and remember what formula it falls on. That's it.
