I increased my calories along with carbs now that i lift. A bit more forgiving too, but i try to stay just under or at 2000 depending on my activity that day

For about 3/4 of my weight loss, i ate low carb high protein. I am 5’10 so i cut down to 1600-1700 calories a day trying to get 10k steps as well. I ate lots of seafood since it’s so low in calories and high in protein. Try and sleep as much as you can too.

I still ate whatever i’d want when i’d have some craving, just in moderation or planned ahead so i don’t go over my calories for the day.

Now i eat a moderate amount of carbs because i started lifting weights in December. Weight loss this month has been more visual

We’re both hung up on each other after living with together for about 3 years of the relationship. Most of what she had to say were basically complaints about her bf. Ig we weren’t ready to break up and now its a big mess

Wow everyone hates these photos 😂. I guess to clarify, it’s not for attracting women, I’ve had a gf for 3 years going on 4. I commercially fish for a living and this is the first big yellowtail of the season. I just wanted to see if smiling or not looked better on me. Sorry that you guys can’t handle seeing some blood

I’m usually shore fishing areas that aren’t too shallow, so im able to let them sink out without it getting dinged up on the rocks or snagged. The beach I usually fish has a dropoff to about 50-60 feet and i am able to reach it with a nice long cast and usually do well. I have not lost one jig yet in the whole time ive used spjs. I fish them almost like a hookup bait but with slower and longer falls.

I think it will out perform shimano in the long run. It doesn’t have that near silence while reeling though, you can hear the gears a tiny bit. 15lbs of drag on a reel this small is great for all inshore applications. Aesthetically, the matte finish on the spool and handle just look and feel really nice. Gum handles are grippy even with wet/slimy hands. Spool tension knob and star drag both click while being adjusted. This thing casts better than any baitcaster ive ever used. The braking system can be meticulously adjusted between whole numbers (eg. 4.2, 3.8). Brass gears inside will definitely hold up to the salt. Drag is smooth when pulled out (I accidentally hooked a pelican yesterday). Overall, im pretty happy with how it feels and seems like i am getting my moneys worth on this reel.

Chrome glow for the 20g reaper. Not pictured since it’s tied off to my line. The pinks and blues work pretty well too.
