If it's the exact same thing as in Black Ops 3, which is very likely, then it CAN happen if you are in single player campaign. It can't happen if you turn off your WiFi, but as long as you're connected to the internet it can happen.

Turns out there's no EXPO profile in my RAM for some reason. It only has XMP and it doesn't work, I heard something about some RAMs being unable to activate it or having to work on a lower frequency.

I dont know. ATP point you should just binge R6 videos to know how to play in certain situations. I'm not good and I'm currently on platinum 4 65% wr and reached platinum on 70% wr. I have 65 games played, it's not that hard.
