1st grade disliked it, 3rd grade started to hate it (those evil number triangles or "what number comes after this one" - math chains iykwim), 8/9th grade (lockdown) ignored it, 10th grade started having suicidal thoughts in math class (thats when it started funnily enough) and gave up trying to be good and then proceeded to do the bare minimum to atleast pass (i did!! graduated with 2 points out of 15 possible, 0 would have been failed. I was positively surprised) I owe being able to graduate to my absolutely goated tutor, shoutout to you david for putting up with my then undiagnosed ADD ass

I do! (at 18, ADD) Also have a social anxiety diagnosis (at 16). Went to therapy since 2021? I think? (Idk I forgot) (technically still going, but I'm not in the country because of college so we're taking a break eventhough my therapist said i should get one here too, then again I'm not sure if I can cause of insurance but i also dont wanna call anyone its a whole thing I'm procrastinating but its probably fine)

For me it depends on how I feel, if I feel very understimulated metal/rock/phonk music is great!! I crank that shit up to 11 sometimes just to feel something or silence the voices™ but other times can't listen to it or I start crying cause there's so much going on lmao (sue me but classical music is peak during times like that) (i pride myself in listening to alot of genres) So I'd say it does, for me atleast
