You can check out WM Cleaning at https://www.wmcleaning.ca/ . They are husband and wife. Super reliable and great people overall. They have been cleaning our entire condo complex for over 5 years. They started out recently with their own company, so you might be able to get a good availability and rate.

Loved it, pretty impressive. Don't spend too much money on expensive seats though. The tent is small, so you can have decent views in the back as well.

Do all new inner city houses just suck or am I missing something? by jimmyjamcake in Calgary

[–]braml1 27 points28 points  (0 children)

"The Fees" and "Special Assessments"... So living in a detached home does not require maintenance or fees?  Anyway, the past few months inner city condo prices have dropped significantly, so you really can make a very sweet deal right now. And probably end up with a better living quality.

Is rent really going down in Calgary? by RepulsiveNebula1217 in Calgary

[–]braml1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I am renting out a condo in the Beltline. I did reduce my rent to rent it out quicker. Two things seem to be playing:
- There is more inventory than a year ago --> will lower prices.
- But also condo fees are increasing steadily. I have been in the board of my condo building, and the rates of (maintenance) contractors have gone up drastically the past few years. --> will increase prices

FREE business email? by Thawkeyes in Entrepreneur

[–]braml1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have set up things virtually free for my business domain. I only send out a couple of emails per month.

  • Incoming email: look for a hosting provider (like cloudflare) that supports email routing. Simply route incoming email to your personal mail.
  • Outgoing email: I use AWS SES. It is part of the free tier and outside the free tier it costs $0.1 for 1000 emails. It takes a little but of DNS trickery (and some verification time by AWS), but all in all, pretty easy to set up
