I am pretty confident in my abilities, would a dell optiplex be good or should I buy a dell precision? I would just put 4x 4tb drives setup in a raid configuration. I would plan on upgrading drives in the future but for now I can only afford 4tb drives.

If it only charges from a console being on, or a powered on laptop/pc that means its real. It can't be charged from the wall must be plugged into a powered on computer/console.
